Let the Great World Spin by Colum McCann (highly recommended, especially if you're a Phillippe Petit fan)
The Lacuna by Barbara Kingsolver (Wow, she's so good. And perfect themes for my sabbatical-Mexico and communism)
Demasiados Heroes by Laura Restrepo (not as good as Delirio, but recommended, all the same)
