Virtual Altar

Since I wasn´t at home this year to assemble my Day of the Dead altar, I´ll have to do it virtually. Here goes:

For Grandpa John, musician and snacker, sheet music and Cheetos, of course.

For Grandma Margaret and Aunt Junie, kindergarten teachers and bridge players, lesson plan books and a deck of playing cards.

For Grandma Taylor, story watcher and stoop gamer, Soap Opera Digest and a backgammon board.

And for Virginia, caretaker of my peace and smiley gardens, flower seeds.

Also remembered dearly are Grandma Celia, Grandma Gert, Ken, and Thad.
